Our comfortable 3-star-hotel is situated directly in the center of Munich. You can reach the central station within 5 minutes walking distance, the international congress center (ICC) and the international fair ground you can reach by public transportation (U-Bahn) within 15-20 minutes. The airport “Franz-Joseph-Strauss” is about 35 km away and 40 minutes by S-Bahn.

54 comfortable rooms with individual equipment – for every taste the suitable room.

All our rooms are equipped with bath/shower/WC, hair-dryer, Sat-Flat-TV/radio, telephone, minibar, WiFi and DSL, sound proof windows (rooms facing to the street) or balcony (rooms to the courtyard). Fans, coffee-maker or water-heater on request. baby cots are available, special rooms for allergic-sufferes without carpet are also available. The windows towards the street are all equipped with a sun protection film.

Double room

The double rooms are individually decorated in different colours and designs. The double rooms are either situated to the courtyard and have a balcony or to the street and are equipped with sound proof windows with window film and automatic sun-blinds.

Please notice, that all our rooms to the street side are with aircondition.

Double room "DE LUXE"

The “DE LUXE” rooms are completely new furnished with 4-star-equipment, situated to the courtyard, with balcony, additional large desk, partly with queen-size bed, NESPRESSO-machine, bath robe, slippers, iron board and iron, diverse cosmetics and one bottle of sparkling wine on arrival.

Triple room

The triple rooms are with a double-bed and a single-bed, also completely new furnished in modern, fresh colours, very convenient for a family with one child.

Single room

The single rooms are individually decorated in different colours and designs. The double rooms can also be used for single occupancy – depending on the availability.

Single room "DE LUXE"

The single rooms “DE LUXE” are always double rooms for single use and are equipped with a big desk, NESPRESSO-machine, bath robe, slippers, iron board and iron, diverse cosmetics and one small bottle of sparkling wine on arrival.

Suite/Family room

The Family rooms contain two rooms with a connecting glasdoor. It is equipped with a big balcony and seating area – the right choice for families with two children or as a suite for clients, who like to have the sleeping- and living area separated.
